What is VIN?
VIN stands for Vehicle identification number. It is used to uniquely identify a motor vehicle.
What does VIN contain?
VIN consists of seventeen characters which are the combination of nine Hindu-Arabic numbers (0-9) and twenty-three letters in the English alphabet (letters 'I', 'O' and 'Q' are not included).
